from toolsbydaelok.com

QUICK START
-----------
1. Put StickyShots.exe anywhere you like and double-click it.
If Windows SmartScreen warns you, click "More info" -> "Run anyway"
(the app is unsigned; it runs fully offline and touches nothing else).
2. Look for the small dark bar at the top-center of your screen.
3. Click "Snip" to grab part of your screen, or copy any image
anywhere and press Ctrl+V. Your captures float above every app.

NOTES
-----
- Windows 10 or 11. No installation and no downloads - delete the exe to uninstall.
- Empty screen areas never block your mouse; only items and the bar are solid.
- Exclusive-fullscreen games cover the overlay; borderless-windowed works.
- Boards are not saved between sessions yet.
